Rob starting to work with Lorenzo in May 2020, during Lockdown 1.0. Lorenzo was Rob’s first new online client.
Rob and Lorenzo are working together to get Lorenzo into peak physical condition to meet both the demands of the intensive professional golf schedule, and the demands of the game of golf itself. Rob’s focus is to ensure that Lorenzo's physical capabilities are maximised, giving player and coach - Simon Shanks - a sound physical platform to develop his game and technique unimpeded.

Lorenzo competed on the European Tour for the 2020 season, due to having status on both tours and he recorded his best finishes of tied 15th at the South African Open and tied 22nd at the Golf in Dubai Championship.
He retains his European and Challenge Tour status for 2021 and looks forward to reaching his goal of securing full playing rights on the European Tour.
Lorenzo turned professional in 2018, having enjoyed a stellar amateur career, winning the 2017 Italian Amateur Championship, finishing low-amateur at the 2017 Italian Open and represented Team International at the 2018 Arnold Palmer Cup.
Finished 30th on the 2019 Road to Mallorca Rankings in his maiden Challenge Tour season.
