Performance planning and management
Strategies, goals and action plans are developed following objective analysis of scientific data. The data gathered relates to body composition and physiology; DNA of the individual's swing; biomechanical movement; fitness; diet; aims and challenges. Each programme is tailored to the specific needs of the athlete, their body, their health and their teams.
